5. Read at least 12 classics (Not counting the Jane Austen choices):

• Black Beauty by Anna Sewell
• The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
• The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
• Their Eyes were Watching God by Zora Neale Hurston
• To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
• Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte (Read before, revisiting it).
• Tess of the D'urbervilles by Thomas Hardy (Read before, revisiting it)
• Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov
• The Complete Short Novels by Anton Chekhov
• A Doll's House by Henrik Ibsen (Read before, revisiting it)
• The Good Soldier by Ford Madox Ford
• Heart Of Darkness by Joseph Conrad
• Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky
• A Room of One's Own by Virginia Woolf

6. Read at least 200 books throughout the year.
